Share proposal materials by link and see when customers view them
Share deal materials such as proposals, quotes and case studies by link, and the person in charge is notified when the customer opens them, with the most-read pages recorded in the deal history. You can also draft proposals and ringi (internal approval) support sheets with AI.
What's new
- In a deal's Proposal materials & attachments, categorize materials as Proposal, Quote basis & specifications, Company profile & case studies and more, and manage versions with Upload new version. You can also edit the name, category and notes after uploading.
- Use Share to create a view-only link that doesn't require signing in. Choose an expiration (1, 7, 14 or 30 days, or none) and whether downloads are allowed, and turn the link off when you no longer need it.
- Use Share together to send proposals, quotes and sales materials in a single link.
- When a customer opens the link, the person in charge is notified and the view is recorded in Activity & History. For PDFs, viewing time is tallied per page and the most-read pages are shown.
- Deals with materials that haven't been opened 3 days after sending appear under Materials not viewed in the list.
- Use Make sales material on files in the Knowledge Base to send them from any deal. When you replace a file with a new version, links you've already sent open the latest version.
- From Create in a deal's documents, generate an AI proposal (draft) or an AI ringi support sheet. AI drafts them from activity records, quotes, sales materials and more. Edit the content and save it as a PDF to store it in the deal's materials.
- When you send a proposal, the deal automatically moves to the Proposal stage (unless it's already at a later stage).

How to use it
- Upload materials in the deal details and choose a category.
- Create a link with Share or Share together on the material, and send it by email or another channel.
- You're notified when it's opened. See how it was viewed in Activity & History.
